Through specific exercises and rehabilitation techniques, I have successfully helped them improve their mobility and regain their independence. Alongside working with clients facing unique challenges, I have also trained individuals in weight loss and muscle gain journeys, as well as helping them make positive changes to their diets. Additionally, I have specialized in training pregnant women, providing safe and effective workouts that support their health and well-being throughout their pregnancy journey.
